PRIME:
Program Research and Immersion in Ministry Effectiveness

Real world experience is an essential part of your training as a worship leader. At Huntington University, we have designed a program that includes an intensive seven-month internship following your junior year called PRIME.

We believe the PRIME experience is a unique strength to our program. It’s exciting. It’s tough. And it’s life-changing. We’ll help match you with a ministry that fits your personality, your goals, and your gifts. Plus, you’ll have an on-site mentor who will work with you to help you achieve success. It’s real-world experience before you have to face “the real world.”

Check out Adam Hann’s story. He gained valuable experience through his PRIME assignment that built his confidence as a worship leader. It helped him to understand the day-to-day and week-to-week challenges of ministry. He was able to make a quality “demo” video recording with an excellent supporting band. (You'll be able to catch a little bit of Adam on our soon-to-be released video.) That DVD is now an important part of his portfolio that churches view when considering Adam for a ministry position.
